What is Clinical Counselling?

Clinical counselling is rooted in psychology and will commonly take form of talk-therapy. Individuals are provided the space and security to address emotional and mental health concerns with a trained mental health professional. The goal is to develop insight into problems, adopt coping skills, and improve overall well-being.
