My journey has led me from Kinesiology and Yoga, to the fascinating world of Ayurveda, often called "the science of life," where I've uncovered the beautiful dance between our body, mind, spirit, and the cycles of Nature.

Hi there, my name is Keegan and I work with those wanting to (re)gain control of life.
My passion for wellbeing is harnessed in mental wellness, specializing in Nature Therapy (taking talk-therapy outdoors) and facilitating conversations that promote self-exploration, self-regulation, and self-confidence. We discuss all things life, including past experiences, current realities, future hopes, and how to adapt life to meet your unique needs.
