Nature Therapy

Healing supported by Nature

WHAT IS NATURE THERAPY?

Nature Therapy is a wellness approach that builds on Nature connection. Being outdoors with intention.

Nature Therapy invites the exploration of perspective and relationship with ourselves, others, and the world around us. With guidance, Nature is a teacher, a mentor, and a reflection of our internal landscape. It is a space to explore regulation, attachment, belonging, identity, and play.

Each session encompasses your uniqueness! What is coming up for you and how do you best process? Will you hike up a mountain, sit on a beach, step into water, or find a nice moss-landing to lay?

Both counseling and nutrition services are facilitated outdoors; helping us return to our natural rhythm.
