Nature Therapy invites exploration and healing by being outdoors. Nature serves as a teacher, mentor, and reflector, guiding us to deep our understanding of ourselves and our connection to the world.

Each session is unique, tailored to your needs— that can include hiking, sitting by water, or resting on a log. Psychotherapy, Nutrition, and Lifestyle Coaching are facilitated outdoors to help restore your natural rhythm.
