Nature Therapy

Healing supported by Nature

What is Nature Therapy?

Nature Therapy is a wellbeing approach that improves wellness through the exposure and connection with Nature. During this process, Nature will act as teacher, as mentor, and as a reflection into your internal landscape. Each session is individualized for your unique needs, imprinting your intentions into the immediate internal and ecological environment to support personal exploration.

Nature Therapy focuses on connecting with the natural world, connecting your Self to Nature to promote healing and wellness. Be prepared to immerse yourself with Nature; to hike, to feel, and to soak it all in. We will work on breath, on movement, and on regulation to increase connection with yourself.

A friendly reminder: there is no such thing as bad weather, just improper clothing!
