food as medicine.

week three

sleep, stress, & daily rhythms

Learn how cortisol, melatonin, and caffeine affect you. Recognize how sleep shapes our ability to repair, impacting overall wellbeing.

week five

nervous system integration

Understand the role of your nervous system in digestion. Learn simple practices to support both systems and support mood regulation.

week two

energy, blood sugar, & hunger

Understand how food impacts your energy, mood, and cravings. Learn the basics of macronutrients and how to build balanced meals to fuel yourself intentionally.

week four

digestion & the microbiome

Simplify the complexities of your gut ecosystem. Discover how to nourish your microbiome with whole foods to support immunity and digestion.

week six

body awareness & intuition

Learn to tune into your body’s cues, understand nervous system patterns, and begin building a more intuitive relationship with food and self.
